
DR. JEREMY REID
Program Faculty
Dr. Jeremy Reid joined the CrossingPoints team in 2021 and was appointed to the Program Faculty role in 2024. Dr. Reid, a Clinical Assistant Professor in Special Education, is the primary academic liaison to promote collaboration among faculty, staff, and the program’s students. Additionally, Dr. Reid serves as the external relations coordinator for CrossingPoints and advances the program’s mission and message with local and national media partners.
Prior to joining CrossingPoints, Dr. Reid held staff positions in UA Online, Undergraduate Admissions, the Office of the President, and the Division of Strategic Communications. He has also taught courses in the College of Communication and Information Sciences and UA's Division of Human Resources.
A two-time UA graduate, Dr. Reid earned a Master of Arts in Communication Studies and a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Administration from the University. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Huntingdon College.
Dr. Reid is married to Anna Laura, who is a secondary mathematics teacher. In their free time, they enjoy attending athletic events, chasing their son around the yard, and engaging in religious and charitable activities.
