DR. KAGENDO MUTUA

Executive Director

Dr. Mutua is the Executive Director of the CrossingPoints Program. She founded the program with Dr. Marcia Rock in the fall of 2002 and has been one of the driving forces that has led the program to success. Dr. Mutua completed her Ph.D. from Kent State University in Special Education with a focus in transition, severe/profound, and multiple disabilities. Dr. Mutua has been teaching at The University of Alabama since 2001 in the Department of Special Education.
